I've used several graphics cards over the past year alone (as evidenced by my reviews):
GT430, GTS450, GTX460, GTX465, GTX470, GTX570, HD5750, HD5770, HD5850, HD5870, HD6850, etc... (Many in multi-card configs) So you can say I'm something of a graphics card enthusiast

I recently picked up a GTX560 and I can confidently say that I love it The reference design is fantastic, running cool and quiet. At $230 (For the Sparkle model) it offers compelling value given its performance/watt ratio and thermal/acoustic profile.

I'm trying to talk myself out of getting a second one for SLI/F@H goodness (My wallet hurts )

Feel free to ask more specific questions if you like.

I'm really happy with the performance, though I do think it could stand to be a bit more competitively priced. Especially considering AMD's offerings in its price range and the cost of it's predecessor the 460.

My 560s aren't the best "value" buy I've ever made, but I can't complain about the results. My cards handle 2560x1440 like champs

I hate it. I got unlucky. mine can't overclock for peanuts. this is the first time I've bought a card that can't overclock and I was expecting it to be a monster overclocker . I can only do a 25mhz overclock on my palit gtx 560 Ti. even if I increase the voltage it wouldn't help. If I got a better OC'ing card I would've been happy. I'm REALLY disappointed and I want to sell mine to get a 6950

Personally I like it a lot. From what I've read, it's lived up it's expectations and then some. I've go a nice oc at 1025mhz at only 1.07v. And given that I've only had a few cards... 8800gts to a gtx260 and now to the gtx560, it's a huge jump in performance. My in game fps over doubled from the 260 to the 560. The example I've been using, since I play it currently, is dirt 2. Went from about 30fps to just today testing it with new memory(not that it makes a difference) and I got an average fps of 91. Of course, highest settings at 1920x1080.

From all the reviews from sites and customers, the msi twin frozr seems to be the most popular. For those that got a poor oc'ing card, maybe you just got a bad card or a crap brand.

I was disappointed with my palit gtx 560ti too, maybe it's just the brand but i couldn't iht 1ghz even on max voltage, and to get to 975mhz i need crazy high voltages i'm not willing to go to..

The 560 is an okay card. For the money, it is a good performer. But these cards aren't the best overclockers, having their stock clock pretty high, so i'd rate it a 7/10. Not to mention I heard in sli they aren't very good at scaling.

And yes, i've owned one.

My EVGA 560 can do 1000Mhz. A bit over 50C on load. It's a good card for the price, But I would have rather went with the 570. . .
