Hey im building my first rig im 13 years old and i got myself a Asus P5G41C-M LX with a Pentium D and im choosing which case...

NZXT Guardian 921 RB


The Guardian has 3 120mm fans, 1 blue LED at the front another blue LED on the side and a black exhaust fan. With a fully black interior and tooless designs for the HDDs and the cards. At $109 AUD at http://pccasegear.com/

Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced


The HAF 912 comes with 3 fans, 1 red LED front 200mm fan [Will be replaced with a blue] another top black 200mm fan and a 120mm exhaust fan, also with some tooless drives and a complete mat black paint job! At $119 AUD

I would do the HAF. It has better cooling and IMO it looks better. The Nzxt case looks like something out of tron and is not to my liking. The HAF is a pretty popular case on this forum. People here seem to like it.

Yeah the HAF was my most preferred choice, i will be adding either a 200mm blue led fan on the front or 2 120mm's.

the guardian looks better IMO. im also a big fan of NZXT and for a good reason too.

Yeah i originally thought the guardian looked better untill i saw some actual pictures from owners if this case its so different.


I am also a fan of NZXT and i am only 13 so i have a minimal budget.

I think im going to go with the Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced because it has a way more power full and equal airflow pressure and i would have alot more modding opportunity's, even though the RED led makes it the complete opposite of my theme i will be changing the front 200mm with probably 2 CoolerMaster 120mm Blue LED Fan pushing 90CFM from each fan at 19dBA.
