looking for a tall dual monitor stand

Thread Starter
I am wanting to put my 23" sammy (to be used with my windows gaming machine) right on the desk and then I want to put my 2 23" dell ultrasharps (both to be used with my ubuntu machine in dual monitor mode) right over top of my 23" sammy side by side. I am looking for a tall dual monitor stand that will allow me to position both monitors over top of the sammy.

The single sammy does not have VESA mounting, but both dell ultrasharps do.

any thoughts on a dual monitor stand that will allow the ultrasharps to raise high enough? I've spent time looking around but can't seem to find anything.

thanks!

edit: the mouse and kbd will be shared between the windows/ubuntu unit with synergy.

Build It!

check out what i build for what sounds like exactly the same purpose. i show pics and whatnot but the scale would just be different to suit your setup. if you have any questions askem

as you can see from the thread you could set a monitor below it or mount one on the uprite as i did once i got the setup home from my shop

Is wall-mounting them not an option? If not, look at Monoprice's stands, ie this one. I have the single version of this stand and it works great, although I'd have to imagine that having two 23" monitors at that height would cause it to sag quite a bit without reinforcement of some kind.
