Need help OC'ing an i5 760

Thread Starter
I built my rig over Christmas this past year and have been trying to overclock my cpu. The only way I've been able to do it is use the auto settings in the bios. This only lets me go to 3.4. Is it possible to hit 4.0 on my cpu and can somebody tell me exactly what to do? I've tried changing the multipliers and such but it almost never boots this way.

Do you have 4 sticks of RAM installed? If you do, take two of them out. 4 sticks will limit your overclock.
