i get 27c idle and 40c load after an hour of prim95,the top fans are about half the speed of the cpu fans plus i have 3 intake fans at the bottom/front. i did it both ways to test airflow and saw 1c difference in cpu temp but a 4c rise in motherboard temps. i have my eye on an antec Lan boy which i am going to wrap the struts in Dinoc and make positive pressure with the h50 as an exhaust.
