Anyone know anything about this thing? Any benches? Is it worth using, I was thinking maybe using for OS/Writing using a capture card...if the write speeds were good enough.

If you've got a controller that won't bottleneck, the SCSI drive will be faster than most SATA drives.

You need a SCSI controller card that plugs into a PCI or PCI-E slot. Your motherboard doesn't have one built in. Personally, it probably wouldn't be worth the time or trouble for a 36GB drive as you could get an SSD that would make that drive look like an old Ford Pinto running on 2 cylinders for less than the cost of the controller card.
