regarding my overclocks of my 560. amazingly, the max temp was only 52 after playing a half hour of crysis 2 on advanced. so i wonder how much more i can push this card.

Watercool it. You have to get a loop as soon as you get more money. Then you can push it to new limits it could never go on for air. Plus, your max temp will probably drop. I would play it safe right now and keep it the same.

I facepalm @ the notion of watercooling a card that maxes out around 52c.

Waste of money/effort. Spend the money you'd put toward watercooling on a second card if you want to see actual gains rather than just be a modding junkie throwing more things in your computer that can go horribly wrong (for a comparably minimal performance gain).

^agrees. you only watercool cards that max at over 80s in which there is almost no thermal headroom left for overclock.
btw what is the overclock on that 560?
and why aren't you playing on extreme settings?

He's probably playing on advanced because His resolution is huge. He's playing on a 32" LED, so playing on extreme would probably dip the fps quite a lot.

i didn't even know there was an extreme setting. my overclocks are 1000 core, 2000 shader, and 2300 memory with voltage set at 1.087
