those 1200rpm fans are your problem.. u droped 5*c and its completly silent, u could drop down least another 5*c with some 1800 rpm or 2000 rpm fans the RX360 is desisigned for med rpm fans

But as far as voltage that's what it needs to be stable at 4.2 it takes a lot less at 4GHz just wanted to run my ram at 1600Mhz
this is for a cpu not a gpu? I was under the impression past 70C was the danger zone and your running at 85+ . You definitely need to drop your overclock and voltage quite a bit, that chip is running far too hot.

It's pretty much the best pre-built you can buy.
It's almost as good as a basic custom loop.

Temps actually seem about normal for your setup. Water cooling isnt always cooler than air, for a cpu that is. Watercooling really starts to show its full potential when cooling multiple components on one loop ie: graphics and chipsets.

What?

A single block on a Rasa RX360 kit, in this case cpu should be under 65c for 4.2ghz. The OP is 20c over this. PEBKEC!

I think the kicker is the 1200 RPM fans. Invest in some AP-15's and you should notice a bigger difference.

Also check the water temperature and compare it to the air temperature. If the water temp is within 10C of the air temperature, then you're most likely getting good contact and heat transfer, but your fans just can't move enough air to remove the heat fast enough. If your water is really low, such as a 2C difference, you might have a bad mount.

Well the fans need static pressure, but rpm wise, that is fine. the rx is made to be used with lower rpm fans.

No need to go all out and invest in Gt-15's....i dont even think they're available right now.

Yate loons are good enough for rad fans, especially the price
