Ok.
I would highly recommend a HWLabs SR-1 series radiator for fan in the 900RPM range or a XSPC RX series radiator for fans in the 1400RPM range.
I would get an EK Supreme HF, Kyros XT or Koolance 370 for a CPU block. Those are all great blocks.
If you plan on doing GPU I would get EK Full cover block for the GPU. I would say Koolance, but mainly for NVIDIA cards.
Would you like to mount your pump in a reservoir? If so then XSPC makes a dual drive bay reservoir for mounting a DDC pump. This is it: http://www.svc.com/ddcbayone.html But if you do not want to mount your pump in a reservoir then I would recommend getting a pump like one of these two because you are capable of useing compression fitting on them without buying a top also unless you want to buy a top.... These: http://www.svc.com/pum-j101.html
OR
http://www.svc.com/mcp35x.html
For the fittings I would recommend getting compression fittings if you have the money as they don't have as large of a chance of leaking as barbs do. I would highly recommend getting Bitspower compression fittings. If you don't have the money to spend on compression fitting then you can use barbs. You will need clamps. I would also use a little smaller tubing than the barb itself if you go with barbs.
You can have a bay reservoir like I said above or a cylindar reservoir. I would recommend Bitspower cylinder or bay reservoirs.
You can chose between different sizes of tubing.
If you want colored then you should NOT use colored coolant as it gunks up your loop. Use Distilled water+PT Nuke with colored tubing.
You need at least 1 120mm section of radiator for each block.
I don't know what else I could have put, but there you go.

Also, you could look at some of these threads for more info:
