you guys reckon this KB is good for gaming? $130(shipping to Canada) is abit steep for a KB for me personally but if it's build quality is top notch I don't mind spending the cash for it.

I've played L4D and Minecraft with it just fine (mostly Minecraft these days lol). I guess it all boils down to switch preference (mine is blue btw). It feels pretty hefty and solid for a small size keyboard & support NKRO via USB (link).

Well almost all mech keyboards retail around $100+ so extra $30 for being smaller and having multimedia options + full nkro over usb seems a fair price.

Can anyone recommend taller Function keys for these? I use the F1-F12 frequently, and want to replace F4, F8, and F12 so I can use them as reference without having to look at the keyboard.

I received mine today and im in love with it, its feels so different than a dome keyboard, still i need to being used to the smaller right shift key but this is an awesome keyboard, now i think the next one will be a KBC since its smaller and has a detachable usb cable so i can carry it with my netbook.

Assuming that is a Filco Red Esc key in the pic above I think you are out of luck.

Would be easier to go for shorter.

you could always do some sort of mod where you add on a sticker to change the feel of the key

I used to drill a tiny hole and put a drop of thick epoxy on my "w" when I used to play Doom in college.
