Check out the RASA Kit Thread. All of you questions are answered there, and many more you have not thought of yet. Pictures of others setups, prices, kits, etc. It helped me out a ton, and after months of learning, I finally build my system yesterday with the RASA RX360.

That is true. They are great around 1400RPM. The HWLabs SR-1 rads are great at around 900RPM.

Aight I guess I will buy new fans. Should I run 4 or just 2? What fans should I get that will play nice with PWM fan controllers?

Thought so. I knew there was a reason I got these fans.

I'd recommend the Gentle Typhoon AP-15's, 1450RPM, only because I love mine and they are pretty much silent even at full speed. They are not cheap or easy to find, though.
