Ive used a solid 3way sli bridge with only 2 cards in the past with no issues.

Edit: I'd try to find a REALLY long SLi bridge and move the card down to your 3rd PCI-E slot. It'll operate at x8 but that shouldn't hinder performance and your temps should improve.

No it ain't gonna bottleneck anything on x16 x8 or x8 x8, the bottleneck will appear at 4x 4x for high end card running at very high resolution ill try to find the bench.

Your case doesn't have a bottom vent for your PSU? I thought all/most bottom mounting PSU cases had vent slots so the fans is mounted downward, opposite of yours.

thx dude, I will try that myself when i get my CPU on tues (cross fingers), and check your PSU you should reverse it if you have a whole in the bottom of your case
