Safe voltages for a gtx 580

Thread Starter
So I just ordered a gtx 580 (not here yet ), and I was wondering what is the maximum safe voltage for the 580? I'm gonna be putting it under water most likely, but is there a difference for safe voltages between if it's on air, or under water?

On mine, I use 1.125 v and its been running for 4 months now. If you use water, maybe 1.25? It all depends, but all I can recommended is what I have working.

On air, probably wanna stay around 1.138 max. On water though, it's different. You can go as high as you want as long as the temps stay below 60c. IMO, if your overvolting to above 1.2v, your gonna kill your cards lifespan
