Corsair H60 vs. CoolIt Vantage/Eco

The only review I've found is here:
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/review...roduction.html

But I never like basing a purchase on a single review, so I was hoping to get some perspective from the community. I'm considering a simple (push) CPU cooler to mount where the top 120mm fan is on my Silverstone RV01. It seems perfect as theres not a lot of areas in the case to use an internal watercooling solution, so using a cpu cooler such as this one, and leaving the GPU's to be cooled by the internal fans/cooling design of the chasis (motherboard rotation) seems like the best option.

I've read that the Vantage & Eco are extremely similar, only difference being that the Vantage sports an LCD screen & Maestro LED/Fan control.

I'm very fond of the Vantage LCD screen, and read that it was quite silent; so I was set on purchasing that for my config. But then the H60 came out and I began to rethink my options. I haven't been able to find any solid impressions of the H60 or really a comparison between it and the Vantage/Eco, so again I came here for some assistance.

Some things to note:

Quiet performance is extremely important to me. I'll have the case next to me so I would like to have it as quiet as possible. For perspective I was considering the H70, but later changed my mind as I read of many people complaining of noise.

Cooling is evidentally also important, as I plan to purchase a 2600k and hopefully O.C. it to 4.8-5.0Ghz. (Similar to this SB O.C. setup)

Aesthetically I really like the Vantage ALC, it has a very nice representation of an LCD display, while retaining sophistication.

well you havent found any/many reviews on it because the H60 was released about a weak ago. Corsair seemed to keep this one close to the chest until they released it.

Makes sense..

when do you suppose more reviews will pop up? It's pretty difficult deciding between the two.

I did also make this thread in hopes of those that have purchased the H60 to comment on their experiences.

FYI - Corsair and CoolIt are working on coolers together starting with the H60. Just in case you weren't aware

Found another review via Google, if you're interested - Hexus.net

Oh I was definitely aware, that's what first caught my attention. Thank you for the review! I'll give it a look right now.

I also found this review that said the H60 can be quite noisy:

Wow, such conflicting results people are having...

Tweaktown displays that while in idle, the H60 is making 47dB of noise, and 64dB in full load..while Hexus displays 34.8dB while in idle and 48.2db in full load.

Noise measurements can vary wildly depending on how they're taken. Stuff like the room's ambient noise "floor", the proximity of the dBA meter, the angle of the dBA meter, etc. The H60 is similar in noise to the H50, slightly quieter but not really noticeably quieter without a dBA meter.
