3.8 HT On @ 1.325v was 75c load on a TRUE for me...

Every cpu is different, so you just have to see. The way the IHS is contacting the Cores has alot to do with the temp it will run as well as how much voltage is needed for your desired clocks...
You may see one do 4.0 @ 1.30v and another that needs 1.36 for the same, same goes with cooling, some will run hotter than others...

Corsair H70 a Noctua NH D14 or something equivalent are about as budget as it get for maxing out a 950...

If you browse through the 950 thread you will see the average OC, voltage and temps...

I'm running 68C at 4.0 with a Noctua NH-D14 on my 950. I'll post my numbers for 4.2, I just haven't had chance to play with it this week.

I hit stable 4.0 at around 1.39v and it gets bloody hot around 80's or so...although I only need 1.29v for 3.85 ghz in the low 70's for temp

Please note the guy on newegg said "35c under gaming load"

Perhaps his "gaming" consists of solitaire and minesweeper?
