Overclocking a i5 760

I want to overclock my CPU but I have never overclocked anything before and I'm scared that I will screw up and render it useless. How do you overclock?

I want to get it to around 4ghz if that is possible.

Can someone help me please?

Also, is my PSU enough to overclock the cpu?

And to answer your question about your PSU, yes, it's more than sufficient to run a mild overclock on that chip and have some to spare.

CPU multiplier - 20

disable speedstep(turbo mode)

BCLK - 200

CPU vCore - 1.25v
