That's pure hyperbole. I don't know if you've played COD4 recently, but it looks nowhere near as good as Crysis 2. It's likely that you either have never played the game or played it with the intention of hating it at the slightest provocation.
And before any of you start calling me a Crytek fanboy or a console peasant in disguise, yes, I am aware of the game's numerous flaws (lack of proper AA support, no advanced graphics settings, spotty textures in certain places, etc.) and am quite vocal about them. I'm even willing to bet good money that I'm far more of a graphics whore than the majority of PC gamers who are complaining about the game's visuals (my modest rig non-withstanding). But even I was amazed by how good the game looked at times. The night levels are especially noteworthy. Does it live up to the original Crysis? No, but it's not the huge disaster that people are making it out to be either.
