yes i have IBT-8C=Prime C
so Prime is not burn tester and you cant know your full load with prime

FSB-DRAM ratio DOESN'T MATTER on AMD platforms!
The new integrated memory controller design on AMD processors for 9 years rendered the FSB-DRAM ratio completely unnecessary. In fact there isn't even an "FSB" anymore. You are fine on 1:4, you would even be fine if it was something weird like 10:34. It doesn't make any difference.

Arre , SUNNY!!!

lol man . nahi what you do here is reduce that voltage !!

The n6xx an NOT handle so much heat.

Look to at least a V6GT or the new hyper 612s if at all..

Ur volts , in our wier weather ,should not exceed 1.45Vcore... even that's tipping the scales..
Run OCCT / Prime 95 / SnM ..
SnM will stress each part of ur system seperately and to a further extent than prime95 too!!
Take care that the MAX temps DON'T exceed 55C .. WHY ?? Even though the max temps are 64C as per AMD's recommendations.. errors start to creep up in OC'd set ups @ anything over 55C ..

For all you know , ur CPU may do 3.7 or 3.8 at lower volts ??
I'm running mine at 1.39Vcore for 3.8GHz

Overclocking that NB is more important than the CPU itself.. that'll boost everything nicely..
That'll increase IMC performance(RAM performance) and L3 cache performance.. along with CPU - NB links.

JUST NOTICED. YOU HAVE THE SAME MOBO as mine ..
Nice ram I'm stuck with crappy XMS3 1600CL9 which aren't scaling at all..
Does that cabinet of yours have enuff cooling ??

I had my 965 at 4.32ghz on the stock cooler at 1.45vcore, I believe the settings were 18x multi and 240fsb with cheapo value ram at 1600mhz (set to 667 in bios)

No such thing as FSB anymore
It's the HT REF clock .. sets the base clock that gets multiplied for many components :
Examples :
say 200x15=3GHz for the cpu
200x10=2GHz NB
200xsomething = ram .. usually selectable , but raising the HT REF raises the RAM clcoks too.

Why do you need 1:1 for? Mine is 3:10 and my Gflops at 4Ghz is 50Gflops.
