This is clearly one of those cases where it's clear that Hotz and his goon are completely crapping their pants, realizing that sony is out for blood and they have no defense.
So what do they do? They argue stupid irrelevant garbage to derail the court. What the hell does him not knowing SCEA existed make even any sense yet alone has to do with the trial?
Also, the serial numbers mismatch doesn't make sense. I'm sure there is something more behind that. Also realize, that anyone with any kind of PS3 could make a PSN account. Why wasn't it mentioned that George could've and does
own multiple PS3s? It's in his videos, he owns like 5.

So, what have we learnt here today? If you don't know about something, it no longer exists
That's why when I go do something illegal, and nobody sees me, what I did no longer exists...
Oye, the logic behind that is completely incorrect.
Exactly. It's a fruitless argument to simply buy time or get off scott free by raising other issues to counter the original.
Way to twist the entire argument.
how does that twist the argument? That quote JUMPED out of the article at me through my screen, smacked me in my face, and I was/still am baffled at how that even remotely makes sense and how they could even try to argue that with anyone
It's one thing to shake your finger at a "big corporation" that's "oh so evil and corrupt" (XD) about the stuff they've been doing, but to try and argue that you didn't know it existed in the first place? That's..... absolutely insane.Edited by OmegaNemesis28 - 3/28/11 at 3:26pm
