Need ideas - trying to hide sleeving color change

Hey all

I'm working on a Case Labs M8 case (see sig worklog or forums search Case Labs). The PSU in mounted on one side of the mobo tray, and the mobo and PC components on the other. Each side of the case is a seperate color scheme. I want to sleeve the PSU white/blue on the psu side and white/red on the other.

Cable sleeve will look like

mobo --- Red Sleeve --- heat shrink --- blue sleeve --- PSU

So my issue is I'm trying to find a clean attractive way to hid the transition from one color to the next at the point they cross the wall. I've thought about using a short cut rubber hose/gasket in the hole instead of the Uring to give me a few MM of hidden space.

I could just do full white on all the sleeving, but looking to do something a bit more interesting.

I'm wondering if anyone has any other thoughts, or if this is futile?

You could use a long section of white or black heat shrink at the joint. Or if you wanted to go for the bonus points you could get some male and female connectors and actually make it separate cables that plug together.

Hey now, there's a thought. Essentially mount a molex into the wall . . .talk about over complicating a process for the sake of artistic style lol
