Hmmm, really not sure. The best bet would be to e-mail Rob directly (he's the director):

rob@watercoolinguk.co.uk

If you drop him an e-mail and ask, he would be able to give you a straight answer right away. I think they do indeed ship worldwide.

I have received items within 1 to 2 days from FrozenCPU when they ship it out via USPS. I think your issue might be the fact that it needs to go thru customs and may get slowed down there. Usually better to go thru UPS or FEDEX for international simply because they have their own bonded locations for customs clearance in most countries and this makes things move faster. Not saying this is everywhere but usually.

They don't take long for me. Depends what shipping you took and the time of the day you ordered it.

Label/Receipt Number: LN12 XXXXXXXXXX S
Class: First-Class Mail International
Service(s): International Letter
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 16, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.
What does it mean by Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received on USPS tracking website? This is my replaced tubing order by FrozenCPU.

Well, they sent on March 16, 2011, today is March 31, 2011, it hasn't moved or changed status since.

with UPS, I may have to pay the custom fee, which I didn't want to use this shipping method, and FrozenCPU doesn't have FedEX, out of my options.

Still remember, I live in Canada. It's suck here to do water cooling build.
