[Solved]Lost Video to TV-MSI made a weak HDMI port

Thread Starter
I just built my computer yesterday, and it was working wonderfully, except the HDD activity pin into the wrong one. I go to fix that today and I also tighten my CPU cooler down a bit more. I go to plug it in and I get no output. I tried reseating the card, I loosened the CPU cooler a bit, tried a different HDMI cable and input on my TV, to no avail. I'm not sure how to proceed. Everything looks to be working fine on the inside, and the video cards fans are spinning. I need some help here.

I'd have to find a VGA cable. My TV only takes HDMI or VGA.

I tried shorting the pins. I'll take out the battery and see if that helps.

I figured it out. MSI made a crappy backing to the HDMI port and the backing got pushed out of the port, so no connection can be made. I'm really disappointed in the build quality.
