Upgraded to windows 7, will I have to re-do my Raid 0 configuration? If not, how can i check if my setup is working?

As stated, if you assigned a RAID array from anywhere else than windows, then your usage will be transparent. If you're using a software RAID solution you might, depending on exactly what you are upgrading from to what you are upgrading to.

If you don't even know what kind of array you have, I'd probably shy away from using things such as RAID.
