This guy solved the case! Okay, can we have the full size ones now please.

If this is true, and DX11 patch doesn't come out. Sadly, I'll be sure to keep my money away from them. Really enjoyed Crysis Warhead though.

I might have to just mod Crysis 2 with some Crysis 1 textures... since this article is going to be the basis of some really high quality mods for Crysis 2

Though I wonder if they will do something like Dragon Age 2 did and release a high Rez texture pack now...

What did you expect from a console port?

It may be a good game but it is not crysis 2. Crysis 2 should have been the most amazing looking game for a couple of years, instead , they sold out and made the game for consoels and this is what happens.

I liked it but for what the game should be it is a huge disappointment.

If you make a game that has the best graphics for such a long time (crysis 1) you should then make crysis 2 with the same amount of detail and attention instead of delivering a half ass console port. For shame crytek, for shame.

So instead of making Crysis 2 from the first game, they found it easier to port the first to consoles, and port it back as Crysis 2.
