Motherboarding selection help.?

Hey fellas I was wondering if anyone could help me out here since I'm new to AMD builds and etc. I was wondering what would be the best mobo for under 180 bucks that has a nice layout, good features, user friendly, and most importantly is it going to be reliable.

Here are some ones I was looking at already. Also I'm planning on putting a AMD II X6 1055T in whichever one i decide to get.

ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 or the M4A89TD PRO version
Purely due to ASUS' announcement of experimental AM3+ CPU support on this board

MSI's 890FXA-GD65 may support AM3+ in the same way though

The GD70 does not have AM3+ support
And the GD65 is actually superior and safer in terms of VRMs/power phase, especially running an x6
