So you have the Koolance bay res for the two pumps? They shouldn't be loud at all really. I had a Vario I kept at 5 and it was dead silent even compared to my gentle typhoons (AP15s). The B is pretty much a Vario set at 4 so it should be even quieter. I assume the Koolance res has all the necessary vibration dampeners.

I have koolance bay res + 1 pump + the little kit right now, waiting on my second pump to arrive.

If i have issue, i'll come back, I was just thinking these were cheap tests.
