This is epic i literally just looked at that PSU like 5 minutes before i posted this...
and decided upon that one because newegg sent me some email coupons for various products because i purchased the GTX 550 Ti and for being a long time customer... so i get a 10% discount on all antec Power Supplies...

You realise it was only suggested that you replace your PSU after determining that it was indeed the problem (testing voltages with DMM), a basic digital multimeter will set you back (if you can't borrow one) around $15.00 USD maybe a little less and it'll pay for itself many times over (especially if you're into fixing cars and other electronics)

It's far better to use the process of elimination to determine the cause than just throw cash at a problem... cheaper too

Oh i know but as i said before my PSU is about 4 years old now anyway and i did the math and figured my computer is using around 500~530W give or take plus i plan to SLI here really soon anyway, Plus this Mobo is actually 140W Certified so it cant be im maxing out the TDP on this board so id rather wait to put another $250 into my computer.

$150 - Motherboard
$100 - OEM Win7 OS

So i came here almost two weeks ago asking for advice...and I got the right kind. The kind found here at Overclock.net! My system is now up an Running all across the board with no Hiccups anymore! I installed a new cpu cooler, power supply, Case Fan, and Ram Cooler. Specs Achieved Below:

CPU OC: from 3.2Ghz ~ 4.5Ghz(Stable)
RAM Oc: from 1333Mhz(CL-9) ~ 1600MHZ(CL-6)
GPU OC: from 910Mhz ~ 1.1Ghz

And in the Mean time dropped Temps across all fronts by at least 5f
(I scaled my CPU back 500Mhz to the 4.0Ghz Threshold anyway)
----------------------------------
If it wasn't for helpful posts here i would have shelled out 200+ on MB
Thanks to all who replied with Helpful Ideas
