May I ask why you went with a "budget" cooler when everything else seems fairly posh by comparison? Is it the popularity of the thing?

no b/c it is sufficient for a 4.7 OC i don't want to pay 30 bucks for just 2 or 3 C different. 212+ is a very good cooler.

Both the vertex 2 and c300 are great ssds. The vertex 2 got updated with 25nm flash, the size dropped and the speed dropped. So if you get the vertex 2 make sure you research and get a 32nm version. Because of that I'd almost recommend the c300 as you don't have to deal with that. The c300 is also 6gbps however the write speed I believe is pretty slow for the 64gb version.

make few changes,
mobo- asus p8p67 evo/p67 sabertooth.
Psu- corsair tx750 (because it has more pci ex connector than tx650 & costs only $10 more)
both of the ssd are good,I'd go with c300
cpu cooler- atleast get corsair H50

If you decide to go with a 6950 just unlock the shaders don't flash it to a 6970, some people are having problems with the different ram voltages and timings.
