How about this Gigabyte 6950 2GB $264.99 Shipped or $244.99 after rebate? Gigabyte has great RMA service and it's based on S/N too. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125356&Tpk=gigabyte%206950%202gb
It's also reference design as well, but if you have to choose between MSI n Asus, i'd say both are fine. Just get the Reference with bios switch.

If yer not in a hurry it's the same price at Amazon, which has better return practices vs newegg. They're reference cards so they have voltage control.
The Gigabyte card is pretty good so don't worry. Gigabyte always produce quality stuffs.

maybe..not sure how the gigabyte card stacks up against the reputable big daddies of ati radeons (asus and msi)
they are the exact same card with different stickers. The only dif is the asus comes factory OC'd by like 10MHz. Otherwise they are all the exact same card. I have both a eah6950 from asus and a msi 6950 running crossfire and both are great. So i dont thi nk it matters wich you choose.
