Headphones to best suite my needs???

I'm looking at.

Grado SR60i
Sennheiser HD555
Sony V600
Sennheiser HD 280
Sennheiser HD 202

60% I'll be listening to music. I listen to stuff like Muse,The Killers,Bright Eyes,Pink Floyd,LCD Soundsystem,Crystal Castles Miles Davis along with some crappy pop-punk bands. Things ranging from Alternative to Acoustic to Electric to Jazz. I would have of that 60%, 70% of it is spent at my computer listening to music while the only 30% or so is either on the train, walking to class...etc. Nothing to bad, so I don't really need sound-canceling or anything.

20% of the time I will be watching movies and videos on my computer.
10% of the time I will be playing video games on my computer.
10% I would be using them for recording/editing purposes. Nothing to serious, often times it is just vocals and guitar. I also edit movies occasionally.

How do the above compare? My friend has the HD 555 and I like them, but they are a bit dull and they are pretty big. If you are curious why the AT A700s aren't on the list, they are simply too large.

so you want on-ear headphones? from the list you gave i'd go with the Grado SR60i, from what i hear Grado headphones are suited more towards rock-type of music, and looking at some youtube videos of the headphones they dont look all that big so i think they would suit you the best from your list.

They say grado's are good for rock/metal, but I have some alessandro ms1's and they sound awesome with everything I've heard except dubstep ofc.
They are light and aren't a bother to wear at all. I've tried a lot of mid range(~$100) headphones and these are my favorite pair. I would recommend the grados but as always your taste may differ.

202s will squeeze your head - I had a pair and ditched them quickly.

First headphones I thought of for your needs were the HD598s, but those are likely out of your range. Buy the 555's and modify them.
