- Developers concentrating on gameplay rather than graphics
- Nvidia (for being able to fry an egg on them, or rebranding cards)
- ATi (for not being Nvidia)
- AMD (not fast enough)
- Intel (expensive)
- No lean
- DRMs

Granted, some of the complaints are warranted. But it does get tiring hearing complaints about everything in every thread.
QFT!

That sums up a big portion of OCN Community.

OCN isn't one big uniform mass.

Different people have different opinions about things.

The IW Engine is a game engine developed by Infinity Ward and is used in the Call of Duty series. The engine is based on id Tech 3, which was used on the first Call of Duty game. Despite the fact that the engine is based on an outdated engine, the IW engine has been modified with graphical and technical additions since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and is considered one of this generations greatest engines by IGN.[1]

The engine was first used with Call of Duty 2 in 2005 under a proprietary license. The engine did not have an official name until IGN was told at the E3 2009 by the studio that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 would run on the "IW 4.0 engine".[2]

A new version of the engine was once again used in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Modified versions of the engine were used by Treyarch in their Call of Duty games (after Call of Duty 4)[3] and Quantum of Solace.[4]

This post is hilarious! I think we can expand that list though.

My amendments in bold. Indeed some are warranted though.

Don't forget about people who complain about people who complain. That's my favorite one.
