P8P67 - 4870X2 Graphics Card Problem

Hi, I have a problem with this motherboard.
The fundamental frequency and the BIOS setup everything goes fine, but after setting a higher frequency of 4.5 GHz CPU will reduce the performance graphics card of about -20 FPS down. I do not know what to do, I tried different settings.

But it's still the same, the OC to 4.5 GHz FPS 4 minutes in the game drop down.

my system:
- Asus P8P67
- i7-2600K
- CORSAIR 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz
- PSU Corsair 1000W
- Ati 4870 X2
- Win 7 64bit

I tried Another Same motherboard, But no change, it behaves just the same.
sry my english
thx

Yes, 2hours Linx stable 4,5Ghz auto voltage bios or 1,3V cpu manual.

Is it possible somewhere in the BIOS to set the frequency for PCI-E ?
Just when overclocking CPU, the performance decreases and the basic setup CPU is fine.
Possibly saving features in bios?

Corsair 1000W
I think there is a sufficient level.

example game:
CoD4 the same graphics settings
- default settings cpu 2600k (voltage auto) - 250Fps
- OC 4,5Ghz 2600k (voltage auto or 1,31V) - 220Fps

Crysis2 the same graphics settings
- default settings cpu 2600k (voltage auto) - 30Fps
- OC 4,5Ghz 2600k (voltage auto or 1,31V) - 50Fps

The game is just an example.
