Thread Starter
I am currently looking for a new cpu cooler for my phenom II 1075t. have it overclocked to 3.3Ghz on the stock cooler but looking to get it towards the 4ghz mark.

I have found these 3 to be good but which of these would you choose or any others?

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2

Coolermaster Hyper 212

Coolermaster RR-910-HTX3-GP Hyper TX3

Hyper 212+ would actually be fairly adequate
However, the unheatsinked 4+1 phase... I don't recommend going to any aftermarket cooling unless you put proper MOSFET cooling on there

Of those you listed the Hyper 212+ is the best. You can easily reach 4GHz with that. I was at 4.2GHz on my E8400 with plenty of room to go higher if I had a better motherboard. I wouldn't be surprised if I could have hit 4.5GHz with it.

Pretty sure the 13 doesn't offer much if anything at all over the 7.

Edit: OH GOD no. The 7 and 13 both use push pin mounting. HORRIBLE. Stay away from them. Lol it looks just like the stock Intel crap pins too.

212+ is better
Once again MOSFET cooling before you overclock or add any tower/aftermarket cooling on that mobo

Stealth Pyro: umm.... doesn't matter on AMD? AMD uses a stock bracket that's usually much better

Whoops, you're right. I'm just so used to Intel that I forget AMD's mounting is different.
