Alligators don't age?

Their average lifespan is 50ish years.

The only animal that doesn't age that I know of is a microscopic entity known as a hydra.

My bad it was "Crocodiles" I was going off memory.
I'm looking for a link
EDIT: naked mole rats are also on this list

Michio Kaku was talking about it in a video, I'm looking for a more Reputable source.

C. porosus is estimated to live around 70 years on average, and there is limited evidence that some individuals may exceed 100 years. One of the oldest crocodiles recorded died in a zoo in Russia. A male freshwater crocodile at the Australia Zoo is estimated to be 130 years old.

This has been summed up as "They're living their life in pulses."[10] Because of their extraordinary longevity, an international effort was put into place to sequence the genome of the naked mole rat.[11]
Try researching first.
