Patriot memory OCing?

I have 8gigs of PGS24G6400ELK the best I could do with it is 975mhz @ 5 5 5 12. Trying to break into the 1000mhz any ideas? Oh and it's a perfect matched set.

Patriot mems are not known for ocing, at least not mine.

I dunno his seem pretty decent for now, 975mhz at stock timings. Seen a few people get over 1200mhz with them here and there.
but we shall see.

which memory do u have ?
i m also having hard time with overclocking , mainly stablity issue
patriot viper 2 sector 5
1600 mhz - 8-8-8-24 @ 1.65 default
