Replacing program SSD with a 90gb, use the old 30gb as a boot drive?

Question is in the title really, I've got a OCZ Vertex 30GB that I've been using for what games would fit, but because I couldn't keep my steam files on it while maintaining any variety (too small), I've gotten a 90GB Vertex 2. Should I use the 30GB for nothing but Windows 7 Prof. 64-bit, leaving performance-minded programs to the SSD and everything else to my 500GB hard drive?

Can I realistically do that, or is the Windows file going to bloat too much? Currently, my windows file reports it's 20.9GB, are there going to be other files that cling to the same drive as the windows file?

I use my 40 gig Corsair SSD just like that. It has super fast boot time but I also added a bunch of small apps that I use daily to it to. Like Fire fox, Fold @ Home, Vuse, MSI Afterburner, . . . . . . . what ever. and I still have about 9 gigs left.

I say do it. Windows 7 will fit just fine.
