Can't get my memory to 1600 Gskill ripjaws

I currently have these installed 2x4gb
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314

I can get 1333mhz with tight timings no problem but the second I touch 1600mhz my computer won't boot and it always reverts me back to the 1333.

I've tried 1600 mhz at 9-9-9 27 2T at 1.575 volts and even then it wont go. I really dont think I need to bump up voltage more. I must be doing something wrong.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Give them 1.65v or try 1.6v first, if that doesn't work give them a little more volts, 1.61-1.62 etc. Or use your XMP setting.

RMA them, if they won't run at rated speed with rated voltage, you should RMA them_ looks like you got a bad set

Tried that before and tried it again with no luck.

The weird thing is that if I restart my computer and go into bios and change settings to 1600Mhz at 9-9-9-24 it will boot to that setting and will show 800Mhz in cpuz (1600 total). It makes it look like everything is fine. Once I shut off the computer, even if its for 5 seconds, and try to boot up in those settings it won't even let me get to bios. I have to click the memory reset button on the MOBO and let the MOBO determine safe settings

Yeah, bro just RMA them_ replace them for a new set, if your having this much trouble with those ram just replace them,

Those are rated at CL9-9-9-24-2T at 1.5 volts_ at 1600mhz, if they won't let you run at its advertise speed, have GSkill replace them_ It sucks but it happens_

I'm past the 30 days. I'm not sure if I can at this point or is it a year time to RMA? When i built my computer 3 months ago I thought I was just inexperienced/noob and was doing it wrong. I kind of wish I hadn't hesitated now I'm fairly certain I've done everything right. Sucks

I think they have at least a 1 year warranty. As it says, Limited Lifetime Warranty.

RMA them through G.SKILL, they're definitely bad sticks if they're not running at rated speeds.

Btw, have you ran a Memtest86 on them?
