Also just a heads-up, if anyone is looking for a small form factor keyboard (PLU ML-87 to be exact) there's a group buy going on here (buy at your own risk since it's like everything else on the internet). Btw, this particular keyboard only supports 2KRO (link).

Here are some pics of the keyboard:

Well, I guess that introductory price is over. Now it's $109 over at EK. Good thing I picked it up when it was less.. 10 bucks is 10 bucks and I can get some lunch with that. lol

I saw that as well, since the product is in stock, the pre-order promotion no longer applies.
For those of us in California, It was $22 less then a Filco, now it's only $10 less.

Not sure I can forgo a proven name to save $10 bucks (Not saying that Leopold is bad, for all intents and purposes, it's practically the same board). From what I understand it was supposed to be the more affordable choice, and it maybe for some, but certainly not for those in CA haha.

I'd pay the extra $10 for a Filco any day.

^ Yup, same here and hey, I'd just noticed all 3 of us are in CA. We should organize a monthly get-together for mech keyboard users or something. I'm sure others will join. lol That way, you get to try different boards and maybe even do a trade/buy in person.

We'll call it OCN Mech Keyboard club meeting.

I'm trying to convince myself that I'll be ok with a tenkeyless, but I really want the Ducky... I could buy a multi-switch from taiwan for 140$, but god know how much the shipping would be. If it ever gets over here in Canada.

I really think you will be fine and this coming from a guy who uses the numberpad religiously at work.

I gave it up for my home computer to save desktop space, Glad I made the choice.

I thought about how much I use the numberpad on my home computer, decided it wasn't enough to justify keeping. I've been using my tenkeyless for about a day now and I really haven't missed it yet. Couple of times I did reach to type some numbers, not too and.

By the way, Amazon has the Filco for 139 shipped.
