It still makes no sense to me though why Leopold decided to make different spacebars. Makes everything so inconvenient..

Edit- To add to the topic of Leopold vs Filco, I highly recommend Filco for convenience purposes of having replacement parts available and being customizable (if you wanted to have PBT keycaps, for instance)

It's been a couple months now. Have the browns on the Leopold softened up at all?

Since I don't use it on a daily basis, it still feels the same to me. Maybe someone else who uses it as their daily driver can chime in.

Hey, So I was interested in purchasing a leopold(blue specifically) because I am currently using blacks(6gv2) for gaming and they are really stiff on me. I was reading through some of the comments and noticed people mentioning/joking(?) about how the browns are comparable to the blacks and I really don't want to get switches that feel the same. Can anyone go into further detail and if they get less stiff the longer you use them.

Thanks

Just another thing to add to the Filco vs Leopold battle. After a side-by-side comparison of the Filco and the Leopold MX Brown boards, I found that the Filco has a much stronger tactile bump. Just another of my 2 cents.

From my own experience with both Filco & Leopold, yes, those switches will soften over time.
