Build suggestions

Thread Starter
Here is my current build, trying to keep the price somewhat low. Planning to run multiple VMs on the box, graphics not super important, but size is.

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147098
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131672
HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148395
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231424 (x2, 16 GB total)
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103851
CD drive: (just going to borrow one from another PC to install the OS
Price: just under $500
Any thoughts / suggestions? Also, would Win 7 or Ubuntu for running VMs in VBox, or would no difference be expected?
