rofl , another happy asrock extreme 4 owner, havent heard one single complain about the extreme 4 yet, btw, 4,5 ghz at that offset is very good man, mine need 0,015v offset at 4,5 ghz .

How come your hyper 212 + struggle as that voltage? at 4,5 and 0,015 v offset i barely hit 53 degrees, and i only have 1 fan at level 5 speed, 1600 rpm

I'd go with the ASUS over the ASRock, the 1-year warranty scares me.

The extended warranties will vary from purchase locations. For instance, if you purchased ASRock P67/H67 B3 stepping chipset motherboard in a 2-year-warranty territory, your service guarantee is automatically 3 years in total. If you purchased in 3-year-warranty territory, then the service guarantee is automatically 4 in total.

Also whats a good cooler that can do/handle 5Ghz on these chips?
