Computer making bird chirping sounds?

Thread Starter
My computer yesterday started making a very very quiet but audible sound.

Kind of like a bird chirping. A really really really really small bird.

My system was mostly built in 2006, save for the graphics card.

What could it be?!??!! HDD? Fans dying out on the Antec 900?

My money's on the HDD. Run Seatools.

I only say this because I've heard a strangely large amount of HDDs make laser sounds. Plus they're easy to diagnose.

friends PC had the exact same problem. Except he didn't know it was his computer until months later. He literally thought there was a birds nest right outside his window. And it made him completely MAD!

I beleive the problem is harddrive related, but it could be a fan/a wire interfering with a fan
