Welcome to OCN, where people get new graphics cards once every few months!

On a serious note, your 5770 shouldn't be performing that low. When I had my 5770, it was pulling around 40 FPS average on High settings, and around 20 in Very High, no AA. Make sure your clocks are going up using a utility such as MSI Afterburner. There's definitely a problem.

I would suggest either a GTX 460 or HD 6850. I snagged a GTX 460 768mb after owning a HD 4870, which is about equal to the HD 5770, and the GTX 460 blew me away. Was much more of an upgrade then I thought it would be.
