Problem with video card info being properly displayed

Thread Starter
Hello forum.
I recently upgraded from 5750 to 6950, but I have this problem that it still says 5700 series like in here:

Same thing is with CC Cleaner, Furmark and prolly some other. I tried everything I can including lots of cleaning software like Windws 7 Manager Smart Cleaner, Driver Sweeper, Revo Uninstaller Pro...
Nothing seems to fix this weird issue. However clocks in furmark are correct and everything else it seems that its only info problem on the series. My windows gpu gadget shows 6900 series properly, but some other apps like windows screen properties and as mentioned before apps dont.

Anybody had this before ?
Any ideas how to deal with this ?
Or shall I make system reinstall ?

So you have tried uninstalling from Device Manager and then rebooting?

Upon rebooting, does the OS state it installed a new device?

When you Run DxDiag does everything show properly?

I tried everything - manual tinkering with uninstall program dozens of restars, cleans and no trace of anything left. Installed the lastest and still 5700 series lolz...
Dxdiag shows 5700 series too ****...
When I removed driver I marked uninstall additional software and cleansed everything with programs Ive mentioned in the first post.
Upon rebooting it stated that installed standard vga adapter.
