New 4Gb Kit or a New CPU cooler

Hey Guys,
need some opinions on what I should purchase next I currently have around £50 to spend,

I am currently running my old S939 cooler on my PII 560 unlocked to a quad and its not really cutting it with regards to temps when overclocking, currently running at sig settings gets about 57'c under hard load for hours, Ie prime, linx, 3dmarks, etc, but im also running only 2gb of KINGSTON Value RAM 1333 9-9-9-24, should I buy the cooler or a 4Gb 1600 2x2GB ram kit, I feel the cooler will let me get a bit more OC out of the cpu and I will be upgrading both parts eventually any way just cant choose whch to do first

heres the cooler i fancy

http://www.dabs.com/products/coolerm...94946720-50915

and the memory

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=8&subcat=1517

or

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=8&subcat=1517

help me choose please!!!!!!

much appreciated

I'd get the cooler, lower temps always means better OC

The V8 is not a very good heatsink for the price.

For £12 less, you can get the Xigmatek Dark Knight, which performs equal, if not better, then the V8.

yeah thats what I was thinking, I am leaning towards the cooler option as 2Gb still seems to enough for most games anyway

also Thanks Baldy i will check that out as an alternative

Definitely go with more/better memory if anything. 2GB is going out the window at the moment. If you run a single DIMM at single channel, upgrading to 2x2GB will be a massive benefit for you all-around.
