You will be able to get more accurate answers by asking that question in the power supply section here on this forum like I suggested earlier. Based on my rudimentary power supply knowledge I would guess that you would be fine with that mild overclock on the CPU and even have room for a little bit of GPU overclocking but you really should ask the experts in the PSU section.

The HX520 would power your system even with a humongous overclock on the 560Ti.
