I'm so confused. Do you mean to say that you have a Mini PCI Express laptop GPU that you wish someone install in their PC?

I'm not aware that this will work.

You may be able to find a guide for a blind flash around.

As mentioned before, anyone with a full length PCIe x16 slot, can use a x8 device. The problem is, I'm not sure if you can use a mini PCIe card in a PCIe slot. I'm not sure they have compatible connections, nevermind pinouts. I have seen PCIe to mini PCIe adapter cards, commonly used when trying to use a laptop's wireless card in a desktop.

That's not friggin' cheap however.

If you want to wait a couple months you could order one dirt cheap from dealextreme.com

I fear though that your graphics card is not PCIe8x, or even Mini PCIe at all, but an MXM module. In which case you simply don't have that option.

I'd laugh if you really put a 8x form factor card in a laptop.

As stated, different connectors.
How exactly did you brick it, anyway?
It's not like you'll suffer a power outage mid-flash..
