Let me clear that up for you "Johnson County, KS = AKA: Thinks and act like they are the richest county in the country...reality hurts though.
Smokehouse is good. But Jackstack is better. Gates is really good. Lots of people like Arthur bryant...I think they are so-so.
Personally I think KCK is 87% ghetto, mostly low income, 80+ year old houses. I am sure there are nice parts of it, but everything that is near the highway is just run down and looks like crap. I know the main train yards are over there, Associated wholesale grocers have a huge main hub over there.
