I'm just worried about the added benefits of an extra pump minus the heatsoak. The reservoir I have also supports dual loop, so that's also an option.

The extra pump will add max 20W or so to the loop. That is nil compared to your CPU (120+W OC), GFX (300-500 W). Personally I prefer dual pumps in series because it will work even if one pump fails. Also tests show that temp wise there is no benefit of a dual loop.

Maybe I am wrong about the B version. I have the one that is adjustable.

Regarding MoTM I hope you are right but it looks tight (exciting) . So do vote for me if you like .

Finally, I hope you will document your build once you get started...

it is enough. A 360 rad can cool a cpu and gpu with no problem.

He will be fine with a 360 + 140 and YL 2200 RPM on the HWLabs. I run a 360 + 240 XSPC RX rads on a similar setup but with GTX 480 GFX cards (which I think runs hotter than the 5860) + mosfet blocks. I can OC to at least 4.2 GHz on my i7 930. Ofcourse more rad could give slight edge for hardcore OC but if OP want to reach 4 GHz it should be in reach. I do recommend dual pumps but that might just be me...

Thread Starter
FYI, my system is built, just not the watercooling portion incase there was any confusion. Here's a bad quality cameraphone pic.
