Quite a few other people had similar issues with 470 SLI. Nvidia's driver quality is overrated.

I mean with my crossfire, I still have issues with many games. For example, Bioshock, a very old game by our standards, when in crossfire will cause the screen to flicker, also artifacts may appear when I'm changing resolutions, or going to fullscreen mode... and these rarely happen... if ever with my nVidia setup.

I love my AMD gpus, but their drivers and the lack of developer support for AMD cards is definitely their weak point.

Also, this is an extremely rare issue, but my Windows Live Movie Maker stopped working due to bad AMD drivers. I mean how's that even possible? Especially since I had AMD video converter acceleration off.... but it happened.

Tested if the CAP actually did anything and they don't unfortunately. I have the Steam version, and I am on 11.3 drivers. The newest CAP drivers didn't do crap...........

As a last resort, I'd try a clean install of the latest 11.4 preview drivers with the new application profile. But who knows.

Yeah, AMD working on new Caps but it looks like they don't have a solution or a clue for that matter! Very strange. Can't they just give nvidia a call and say "hey, how did ya fix it with them beta drivers"?

Tried it :\\ I'm going to stop anticipating it now. It's probably going to be another few days before it's resolved.

in regards to crysis 2 flickering the latest cap worked fine on my 5970, you just have to do a clean install and make a new profile and maybe reset brightness, if you alt tab out then you need to reset brightness.
also the bioshock override with radeon pro works under the same conditions. i think many people miss the key point of resetting brightness/new profile

Could you post a little step by step on this thread so we can all try it?
